Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. Each piece is handcrafted and inspected before packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:

Free Economy Shipping is available on all domestic orders of $50 or more — our way of saying thank you for bringing handmade art into your home.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:

- Standard: 3–5 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS and DHL Express, so you can choose the option that best suits your timeline and budget.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
Packaging & Fragile Art Handling
Every piece from JC2 is a work of art — and we treat it that way. All glass sculptures and wearable art are:
- Wrapped in protective materials designed for fragile, high-value items
- Double-boxed when appropriate for added protection
- Inspected and documented before sealing
Large sculptures (such as our Octopus series) receive special reinforced packaging and may require additional processing time. We'll reach out if your order needs any special arrangements.
Tracking
All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. International tracking availability varies by service level selected at checkout.
